Our non land cost is around$500 per acre, add cash rent of $250 and you have a total cost of $750.
That wouldn't even cover our proprety taxes lol
Try gambling thousands per acre for annual crop that isn't covered by insurance and can be taken completly out by a few drops of rain or sudden government action.
