Noone here uses horses, so I neglected to think of that. I agree that in the pastures I can get fairly good at picking them out. Here we use corrals to work pairs then haul them out.
Now my issue this year is we are a week past due on calving an no babies yet (expect for 2 heifers) I'm getting impatient
