Missouri | I agree. I am actually friends with my banker (hard to believe) Bankers are in full reverse mode. They want this to land softly, but he agreed the borrowing got out of hand. I think if I remember correct the high to low in the 80's was 81-88 or 89. If we are two years into lower land values than in about 5 years is when I would look at getting in this land market. | |
