JUST LEARNING - 1/29/2017 22:07 That's how I see it. If a guy isn't making principal land payments then he should at least be putting 15% of his before tax income into some type of retirement plan.
It REALLY hurts when you do both at the same time. Add college savings to that and I wonder how to pay the bills some days (cash flow).
