I agree with Jackrabbit, embracing the volatility and using it to your advantage can create loads of opportunity. When things are down = buying opportunity, things are high = selling opportunity. It wouldn't be very exciting if the December live cattle futures for example never moved more than 50 cents. We need the ability to sell the highs and buy the lows. The best managers will prosper in the end.
