Your chart shows that PA farmers are the top corn hoarders of all states listed on that chart. For both 2015 and 2016, PA farmers have more than 83% on-farm corn stocks as reported by USDA March 16 stocks report. Does that say that PA corn farmers are serious about playing the seasonals cash corn market game (Plant,Harvest,Store,Sell), or is there another explanation for that corn hoarding behavior? |
