45 myn bushels LESS on Farm Mar 1st 2016 vs Mar 1st 2015...  Now there are 58 myn More Total Bushels then last year (big whoop..) but it's hard to buy into this avalanche of farmer sales when we have less then last year.. and we've subbed Sorghum in the ethanol grind in a lot of plants thus far.. but now..

Most of the Sorghum piles are picked up here.. thus the ethanol plants are switching back over to corn..

Sorghum :
March 1 ............: 9,000 110,856 119,856 24,760 176,025 200,785
June 1 ..............: 2,960 31,329 34,289
September 1 ....: 1,895 16,514 18,409
December 1 .......: 51,500 270,720 322,220

There was more Sorghum last year.. but that was mainly due to a flex to Sorghum acres in the South.. and INCREDIBLE dryland sorghum yields out west..(150 bu plus..in places.. I guess summer fallow pays afterall..) which are now hurting for moisture..(odds of 150 this year?!?) we got a shot of moisture tonight.. weatherman forecasting about 0.10" for us.. another shot over the weekend..

Gonna be another red flag day on the winds for about the next 3 days..
