White Stone, Virginia
Cascade dish soap has always been the old mechanics go to to remove grease from a cooling system. No bubbles and it is made to cut grease. Dawn bubbles too much and is therefore very hard to rinse out thoroughly. Rinse your truck out with tap water, then do several rinses with distilled or deionized water and then fill with EC-1 rated coolant. Don't use premix as your block will retain some of the distilled water and throw off the mix. First add the proper amount of antifreeze coolant and then top off with water.
