Ottawa Canada | I find it interesting how many posts blame financial problems of others on new homes, lake houses and SUV's. I doubt that will bring many down. Those are assets and as long as the general economy doesn't collapse they have value.
Paying rent that is way too high just so you can run the newest, biggest combine and tractor will do it. Buying land is fine if the money is there already, not financed to the hilt.
If a farmer is worth millions, running a profitable business, do they not deserve to have some nice things? Some time off?
