Because it isn't NAT approved to bring up reasonable rents. Just highest at coffee shop and act like that is somehow the avg. This is tounge in cheek....kinda

As far as rents go. There are high and low spots all over the country. Get a couple livestock farms bidding on ground to get rid of manure and grow forage in Lancaster PA and any grainfarmers breakevens look silly. IMO the manure thing is going to be a tipping point in some places.

Now that said there are low rent areas and they are that way for a reason. When ppl move to a area to sshow the locals it usally doesn't go well.
