Not sure why everyone is complaining about high rents in IA. State averaged 190 bu corn and average rents are 250. The marketing year average price was 3.63??? A producer should be able to grow a bushel of corn for less than $2. So 190*3.63=690 - 250 - 190*2 = 60 per ac income.
Where do you find land rent statistics?
