Subject: Where do you find land rent statistics?

Death comes to us all. Life's but a walking shadow
Somebody mentioned below that in Brazil most producers pay land rent in kind (sacks of beans). That made me wonder if we paid land rent that way, given the current 2016 Nov futures price of $8.80 per bushel then $250/A is 28 bushel of beans, $300/A is 34 bushel and $350/A is 40 bushel. Even at 50-60 bushel beans that certainly doesn't leave much for the producer. Given that depending on the state 40-60% of the land is rented how will this work out this coming year.
I'm wondering if there are more comprehensive and reliable statistics on land rent by state or ag district available to check this?
