| I have to say that the one thing about ordering a steak at a good steakhouse is it's always going to be a good steak. The beef we raise isn't always great, sometimes its prime and sometimes it isn't, but it is what it is.
For me, ordering a well prepared Dry Aged Prime steak is a treat worth getting once in a while. Now if you are talking the crap they serve at Applebee's then I agree, whatever is in your freezer is probably better than that. | |
