If you're really looking for a good "meat" based restaurant and are located near a bigger town do a Google search for a "Brazilian Steakhouse". They are expensive ($40-50 a person), but you get your fill of over 20 different cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb and even buffalo. You won't go away hungry.
