That was last spring during planting after 6 months of extremely lean diet and dropping 60 lbs. Noticed when sitting in the tractor bouncing 18 hours a day. Hasn't bothered since putting good fats back in my diet. I know some doctors will automatically remove it as part of gastric bypass surgery for fear it will need to be done later anyhow.
Carbs are everywhere!!!!!
