I sure enjoyed reading this topic. Alot of good advice and comments. I am sure more of listener than contributor on this one. I only had one year I can remember using all cash to operate. Came close a couple other years, also started from ground zero on January 1st. It's nice to have that operating note set up if nothing else for timing. If you have an expense that needs paid and you are just a short time from getting the income to pay it, the note is handy to bridge the gap.
