Montana | There is so much variation in what is allowed in so many of the Farm programs. I am seeing stuff that would make the mafia bosses envious.
We got a goofy woman put in charge that made sure we did not get paid, for pasture loss on leased School trust land. I paid the premium and had coverage and she invented rules to prevent me from getting payments when it was due. Land was leased by LLC with me as manager and one of the four family owners but farm program is in my sole proprietor. I had to change leases , that were tied with the LLC land so they were just to me and my farm program.
CSP started out pretty good but they have some really goofy rules now. I wanted to install bird and rodent ramps but they demanded that all fences and covers be removesd on over thirty stock tanks so birds and bats could swoop. I kinda need covers for thirty below with big winds.
Common sense is not as common as it used to be. | |
