...you just need to can (bottle) it with a vinegar, and maybe salt brine..and then add some to mayonaisse in a small mixing bowl if you want to have a creamy product. That allows you to use the rest of the jar to make other sauces..or enjoy with sausage. I love it that way on roast beef sammiches.
