Cut the breasts into strips lengthwise. Cut each breast into 4 or 6 strips depending on size. Marinade the strips overnight in Allegro. Cut strips of bacon in half and lay a strip of breast on each piece of bacon. Put a jalapeƱo on each one and roll them up and skewer them. Grill them for a few minutes on each side. When the bacon is done, the duck is done.
