Montana | I read that there will be some ARC and PLC payments for 2014. I know that farmers who do not have a base will not get paid and i think that is criminal. There are so many people who no longer farm but they have a n old base and they will get paid. It is my opinion that this is the most dishonest farm Program ever. Yes I know Montana's Max Baucus was a big part of it and I am so ashamed of Him.
All the talk of helping young farmers and the truth is that the ARC and PLC are programs that help many non Farmers.
