| I'm a 18 year old producer in southwest Nebraska that has a great drive for production agriculture, I am planning on attending a community college for Ag business and management, both of my parents work in town my mom owns ground in a partnership with her siblings, also my moms dad has a very sustainable farm 3,000 acre dry land and irrigated farm and a 100 cow calf operation, I have been by my grandpas side ever since I was old enough to walk and he has helped me start my own 30 cow herd. My question to you Guys is how to ask him if there is room for me in the farm, he's 87 years old and 2 of my moms uncles have been helping him for the last 30 years. It's always something I have thrived on and this is very important to me. I just don't know how to bring it up in conversation and make my self look good. Thanks in advance. | |
