Sanilac Co. Michigan | Yes, I put 10-34-0 down in the drill furrow at @ 10-11 gal/a. Amaze served me so well last season I just had to have it this year! I'd also had Robust last season but it just didn't yield like Amaze. This coming spring I'd like to try some Oaklin, but I want to see the OMAFRA small grain trials first before I get carried away. What do I expect it to yield this year??? Oof! The stuff on my better ground looks better than last year on similar ground and a lot of that went 160 bu! It's all going to depend on test weight. Last years come out of the field at 39# and cleaned up at @ 42#. I'll be real happy if it makes 150. The stuff up on the sand I'm hoping for 100...I'll let you know in the next couple weeks, I think? Turning real fast now.
Thing about oats is you just really don't know what you've got until you've got them off. Looks are deceiving! | |
