My beans have been rejected because they had to many "off types". They were evasive and did not explain the exact percentages of off types or what they were, just vauge refernces to dark hylems and off color seed coats. I think they were stuck with excess production from the bin buster crop last year and are trying to wiggle out of the contract. Seems fraudlent to me. They just don't want to honor the contract and are trying to find any excuse under the sun to avoid having to pay me the premium spelled out in the contract.
