Just doesn't make sense. I'd believe they broke down, pulled out for repairs, and forgot to come back.
Anyway, back to half the field that looks like crap. Most likely there will be a yield hit even if you can get more fertilizer on it. My Coop would compensate me for the yield reduction since it was their error. Ask yours if they would do the same.
