Fairbury, NE (Southeast)
We did a 5.5 lb. Prime rib last night for 500 degreees 27 minutes and then shut it off. Worked beautifully and everyone had tender meat. Also used 1/3 stick butter with salt/pepper and appied to top and sides.
Cooking made easy.
