I'm going to go out and limb and say that some of the best growers in the world are located right here in my epicenter. Climate and soil type has been more of a factor in resistance than mismanagement. It's much easier to manage resistance in a corn\bean rotation than with cotton. I have forgot more about agronomics and herbicides than you probably know.
