A lot depends on how big of an area, if it's a couple of acres, put in some tile and see what happens. The danger is setting up tighter than concrete if it ends up sodic, and with the levels of sodium you are showing on top, that's a real possibility. I'd keep the tiles pretty shallow if possible.
