I would look at leasing a vehicle simply because they are a bad asset to have on a balance sheet. They depreciate the fastest out of almost any asset you can purchase; if for family purpose it doesn't make any tax sense, however it keeps it off your personal balance sheet in terms of working with a personal loan banker on a home mortgage or something along those lines.
Why lease a vehicle?
