Subject: RE: bale beds

North Mo.
I would like a newer 1 ton the 91 f350 is still doing the job and for just beating around it beats either of my sons trucks 2000superduty diesel and a 2002 dodge cummins. But if those trucks are busy the 91 has problems pulling a trailer odds and ends not working also like heater and windows dash lights. The old 7.3 will idle all day and never miss a beat. Had chains on last year and everyone used it to feed with including me as had no stockpile. Plus I just don't want to spend the money on a truck used say 2 months a year.
Ours is a Deweze I like it don't think I would like a scissor action and definitely would not like the controls on a hydra bed. I like to back up to bales and run bed at the same time. Seems it would be hard to push those control and drive at the same time looking over your shoulder.
