Will a JD 4440 (duals) be enough for a JD 750 without dolly wheels? Should I have weight on the front? Mostly flat here, but a few very gentle rolling incline. I think it should be enough, but worry about weight. Thanks ( I guess I should add, its not 2 pt, its just a straight hitch)


That is our setup assuming it is a 15 footer. We run our 4440 duals, without any front weights and it is light in the front, you have to use the wheel breaks to turn in dirt, the front does not lift off the ground unless you push it to. Works great, just can not get my dad to put weights on, he just does not like weight racks. When he retires the weights will go on and it will be that much better.

MAke sure to shorten your tounge
