| Late last year I finally got on the higer speed internet. Living in the location that I do, I had to pay over double to get the same speed normal people get. The advertised speed was 1.5 meg, but I figured if I got half of that, that would be about normal. I was very surprised to find I actually got about ninety percent of advertised about ninety percent of the time. In the last month or month and a half, the speed has slowed down to probably, on the average, about one third of advertised. My question is, is this normally what you can expect, or is there something wrong somewhere. Every time that I call they want me to make a scan. Everything is always working perfectly at their end, according to them. I have suspicions that I have been suckered again. I think if this is normal I am going to tell them to shove the whole thing up their posterior.
