| The cost to make, store, and maintain, was our cost we as a country decide 40 years ago that we needed these items for our protection, by the time they were sent to Ukraine we either paid the price to decomishion them or let the Ukrainian milatary decomishion them for us. Other than using the money to make sure Trump goes to prison for his crimes against this country can't think of any money better spent than stopping Russia from its efforts to take over its neighboring countries.
