Subject: Gordon rasp bars?

Owens Cross Roads, AL
I am thinking about replacing the front half of my rasp bars on my 2388 and talked to Mr. Gordon at the farm show. He said his bars would do a better job in all crops. I can see where they would be better in wheat and corn, but how about soybeans with green stems? He said it would get the crop out quicker and would not be twisted like a rope. I am afraid it would tend to be more like a conventional rotor with his bars in the front. Need some info. If it matters, I have the Kile kit on my machine. Wilson
