Butler County,Iowa | Anyone have evaporation rate maps. My guess is we are losing .50" a day with these temps. These small rain events that are being shown really mean nothing when evaporation rate is so high.
While we look great in this area a week without rain will start hurting pretty quickly. Just imagine areas that haven't got the rains we have in Northeast Iowa
I'm still bullish a week to ten days of 90+ right at pollination and very little rain in sight. It keeps this up through grain fill and it won't be no repeat of 2016.
