G'day - my wife has dealings with an "essential oils" company based in the States, but with an Australian depot. [Not named - thought that might not be allowed!] Seems their mode of operation is to have a monthly order, we get a reminder that it is about to be processed, and to go online if changes/additions need to be made. OK so far! BUT - they do not allow complete wiping off of the monthly order. It will not allow deletion of any item when it is the last on the list. Sure you can add one or two new items and then wipe off a previous one, but "No order this month" is NOT an option. Anyone have problems like this? What do you do? We 'Messaged' on their site, but have not heard back - the order is due to be processed today - Tues 14th here in Aust. Thanks in advance for the usual good advice off NAT. |
