Navarre, OH | So, the girlfriend (who is a fitness junkie) is starting a new "cleanse/diet" Monday, and asked if I wanted to join her. I'm not over weight or anything, but I could use to lose a few for my own comfort. Well this "diet" is a homemade shake, three times a day, with vegetable snacks throughout the day, and a light meat meal for dinner. My question is, how do I stick to this stuff? With my fast paced and ridiculously busy schedule, I always find myself popping into subway or somewhere for a quick lunch, snack. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance! | |
