I have talked about values on items but never asked to see what they have it valued at compared to me.
Let's say I buy something for $50k and they value it at $40k, is $40k the max they will loan out?
There are a lot of scenarios out there I am sure.
My shop is not $500k nor do I have a loan on it. I have a value of maybe half of what I built it for in 2011.
I would be interested in knowing more about the banking side of things when it comes to their value vs my value. Maybe I need to ask them. Lol
