Does anyone have a good recipe for canned venison? Is it pressure cooked? I went on an elk hunt one time and they had Mason jars of shredded elk meat that we just mixed miracle whip into and mixed up like you would tuna in a can. Spread it on bread and it was awesome. How would one go about doing this?
