| If you where to look at both corn and bean during this last run, both have been showing huge divergence lately. Well, the slow stochastic a are reaching over sold status rapidly. Both will find renewed strength in the near future after this week is done. In massive moves like I suspect this to be, it is a series of divergences and corrections that get supported. I remember how many time the pundits called the end of the 96 market. They kept getting run over by the funds protecting their long position. Oh yes, there is a clearly defined uptrend line where the funds keep supporting corn. If I where a smart farmer I would mark it on a chart and sell the snot out of it when violated. Oh yes ther was a huge volume spike today and a leveling off of OI. Me thinks that the decline in OI last months was option expiration and fnd. Once we are into may the funds showed renew their buying. Go bulls. | |
