| I think I recall of people building new construct ICF houses here.
Just a few of the questions rumbling thru my mind.
1. Are these more do it yourself friendly? Thinking 1 or 2 guys at most to build walls vs a framing crew of a small army
2. how is the attached garage done,,,same way???
3. Conventional truss roof fastened to a bolted to wall plate???
4. Do you put ANY wiring and or plumbing inside a concrete wall?or attach it to inside only???
5. Any good sources of info because I have NOT seen or heard of such a house built in this area in this fashion??? | |
