Murfreesboro, Tennessee | Thinking of experimenting with some strip till applications this fall.
Question:
1. Is there any fertilizer savings? I assumed there would be, but someone told me that you use the same amount of fertilizer, just instead of spreading it over the field, it is in a strip. Is that correct?
2. Those who have 12 row strip till units, but plant 16 or 24. Do you have a problem staying " on the row" with RTK ? have some rolling hills around here and not sure if the planter will drift on us.
