Subject: Home well water pressure

Stoddard Co. SEMO

I noticed the other day that the water pressure in my house is surging. I noticed it in the shower and the faucets. My well is 12 years old and I've never had trouble with it. I checked the air pressure in my pressure tank and it is at about 20psi. What could be causing the surging?
