I turned the water on in the house, went outside to the pump house and listened to how often the pump would kick on. The pump started and stopped at the usual interval it always has, so that tells me that the problem may not be down in the case or pump itself. I'll call the guy who put the pump and pressure tank in for me when it was new tommorow.
