Troubles I see:
#1- Anytime there is a proposal that has anything to do with damming up, storing, pumping out of one area, etc -
There will be somebody that says that it will harm them.
Take it to court.
#2- Would seem to take a lot of electric to pump it. A nuke would be the way to go.
But will the west coast greenies allow a nuke?
#3- And in my view $30 billion seems pretty darn cheap for this.
