Northeast, NE | Hired the local CO-OP to spread fertilizer on my farm. The day they spread, it started out frozen, but quickly became slimy. They didn't leave too bad of tracks in the crop fields, but the alfalfa field is a different story. Now I am left with an ugly looking field that may or may not grow out of it. I still have to look at it for another 3-4 months before it tries to green up. The CO-OP is sorry for the mess and are willing to make it right with me. How should they make it right? What should I ask for? What is fair?
