Subject: Lake effect

North of London
Buffalo is getting Lake Effect snow from Lake Erie.

The other lakes provide snow for other areas.

This is what the radar looked like this am.

I started clearing yards around 3:15 or so and by 4:30 or 5 we got swiped by this streamer for a time.
Just going back to redo the dairy farm I cleared first because milk truck will be there by 12 noon and their yard has another 15cms of snow when it was clear at 4 when I left.
Stopped to talk to the owner when I went by again around 6. He was busy milking and thought I was pulling his leg when I said I would come back and clean it out again before the milk truck.
It was clean when he went to the barn shortly after 4 and he did not know it had snowed so much again.

The ruler on the picnic table shows we are getting close to 30 cms total accumulation with not much wind impact there.
