Clay county, MN | I'm looking for a new to me tractor. Currently have a 4440 for row crops and 875 versy for tillage. I'm looking at doing more hay and moving to big squares. Need something a little bigger for baler. Don't really want to spend much. My ideas are buy a cheaper 4wd (8440 or similar) Use on baler and tillage, sell the versy and keep the 44. Or sell both (Bigger budget for tractor) and buy a nicer older magnum or small 9xxx Steiger, 7xxx or 4x55 or 60 deere and do all tillage and row crop work with it. I rarely have both running at same time anyway as I do most work myself. But is nice to just Fire up and go without switching. Would also be doing less tillage due to more hay.
