Central Ohio | I am thinking about the following manure spreader: http://mansfield.craigslist.org/grd/4630938019.html
I only have a dozen pigs and a few feeder calves, so I don't generate a lot of manure. Most of it is straw based, but I would like to try a few corn stalk bales for bedding in the future. This is in my acceptable price range, as I don't really think I am big enough to invest a lot in things that rust. I know the single beater is a little discouraging, and I haven't seen many of these brand around. Basically looking for some insight from you guys (even if you used them 40 years ago, lol). Anything I should look out for? Should I run in the opposite direction?
