| First year planting carrots in the garden and I cannot believe how many and how large they were when I picked them. Did much better than expected. Is there a good way to store them throughout the winter? Some of them will get cut up for soups/stews etc so not worried about the freshness/crispy qualities for those. But is there a good way to store some whole carrots that will retain their freshness and crispness for snacks and raw consumption? | |
