Subject: Any way to measure planter down pressure with just a voltmeter

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

If a guy was to purchase one or two planter gauge wheel load cells (Ag Leader, JD or Precision planting) could a guy just measure millivolts or whatever and create a chart for 0 psi and record, then add 50 lbs and record that voltage, then 100 lbs and record, then 150 and  then 200 lbs?

Maybe, one load cell behind tractor wheels, one on wings with voltmeter/s in the cab.

Just thinking, this would give a reference, for myself with just using JD HD down pressure springs (somewhat could get a better feel for the margin) Currently, just spinning or trying to lifting gauge wheels, when I get out of tractor. {Edit: planting in 100% No-till ground}

Note: I've read Agleader does have a "monitoring mode", using their sensors, wiring looms, implement switches, CAN implement switch module, row module/s and Down Force control module. (Seems like a lot to buy, just to monitor 1 or 2  down pressure readings)

Thanks

PS: I own plenty of digital multimeters
